Bathroom Re-Do

It's that time of year again...time for little (and not so little) projects around the house.

Due to a leaky toilet and splashing children, we decided we should tackle the children's bathroom.  And if we were going to pull up the flooring to take a look and replace it, we may as well paint.  And if we were going to paint, perhaps we should buy a new toothbrush holder.  And rug.  And the old faucet was starting to corode, so while we're in there we should do that too.  Well, you get the idea.

So we have a pretty new bathroom.

The bath mat--we matched the paint to it.

A coat rack, so the kids can hang their own towels!!!  Yay!  I stitched ribbon on them to make it easy.

I made up a valance and added a strip of owl-y fabric to the white shower curtain.  You can also see the brand new toilet, since we had to replace the old one.

A pretty new faucet, a towel with an owl (we moved the hanger where the kids can actually reach it), a soap dish, and toothbrush holder.

Thanks to Justin for all his hard work!
