We put in an offer on one of those houses we looked at the other day. It really does seem perfect for us--a lot of room for toys, school, and entertaining.
The sale is contingent on the roof and trim being repaired (I suppose from a recent storm) and of course they have to accept the offer. They have until Friday evening to get back to us. I'm sure it will all work out as it should.
