She is spunky
And fierce.
She loves her friends well.

Miss Ellie is, some how, seven years old today.
She is silly and creative.
She is becoming a good reader.
She wants so badly to do everything the older children get to do...like read Harry Potter.
She is immensely loved.
We are grateful we get to watch her grow.
Love you, Ellie Bean!
So Lucy is settling in. She is sleeping through the night. She almost completely day time potty trained, so long as we are paying attention. She is still working on keeping her teeth to herself some, so we have lots of chew toys!
Our library has curbside pick up for now. I pulled in to the spot marked with the little sign to call. I made the call and began to wait. A couple of security guards came out and asked why I was loitering...in the place with the sign to pick up books... (Do I look like a dangerous trouble maker?) Had I called? (Umm.) I eventually got my books, and drove off without breaking any laws). 🙂
I went to the eye doctor for a checkup and it was empty. Then trying to read the letters, I kept fogging the lenses on the phoropter (totally had to look that term up) because of the mask.
As we were watching Dead Poets Society...
N: Are there any zombies?
Me: No
N: Skeletons?
Me: No
N: Then why do they call it DEAD Poets?!
